Sorting by title would not be hard to add, but would you ever want to really do that? I'm thinking of adding a sort for availability. I know some people like to put low availability titles first to increase the chances of getting those discs. The other possible sort values (genre, MPAA rating) seem pretty pointless.

Very slick. I would suggest changing the name of the 'close' button in the greasemonkey version though, since you never actually opened anything it doesn't really make sense. Even after reading the instructions I felt really stupid and couldn't figure out how 'save' my reordered list. I thought at first the 'Netflix Queue Manager' button would hand things back to netflix's queue manager ;) Maybe if the close button was named something like 'Finished Ordering Queue' or 'Return to Netflix Queue to Save' or something like that?
